No treatment. David Rich is a retired lawyer who has had periodic episodes of OCD all his life. He has been a volunteer at the OCD Clinic at McLean's Hospital for nine years. The study involves home interviews with adults over 65 lasting about one and one half hours and relating to their experiences with OCD and related disorders with particular references to what, if any, changes and differences are occurring with age. His work is being supervised and assisted by Jeff Szymanski, Executive Director of the OC Foundation and Diane Davey, President of the Foundation and Program Manager at OCD Clinic .
